NADA DEALER ATTITUDE SURVEY REGISTRATION FORM

Once you have registered, your User ID is valid for as long as you own your dealership. As a reminder, we will e-mail the User ID to the individual who is listed as the Registered User at the start of each survey.

  • Never registered or new dealership, complete the registration information to obtain a User ID to access the Dealer Attitude Survey. It will take up to one business day for you to receive your User ID by e-mail.

  • Need to change or update your registration, go to the Update Registration Information tab on the home page to make the changes.

  • Didn’t receive the User ID e-mail, make sure e-mails from chairman@nadasurvey.com are not in your Junk or SPAM folders. E-mail us at questions@nadasurvey.com along with your dealership name, exact street address, and phone number for assistance.

  • Don’t remember who is the Registered User, don’t worry, e-mail us at questions@nadasurvey.com along with your dealership name, exact street address and telephone number.

    If you have multiple franchises at the same physical location, you can register as one dealership.

    However, if you have multiple dealerships under the same ownership/management, but at different physical locations, please register each one separately. You can register up to six individual dealerships in one session.
