- Don't Delay Complete Winter 2010 Dealer Attitude Survey Today
Your User ID will be sent from chairman@nadasurvey.com to your PC. Look for this e-mail on January 6, 2010. The Winter 2010 Dealer Attitude Survey runs from January 6, 2010 through February 18, 2010.
- Did Not Receive Your User ID on January 6, 2010?
Each dealership has its own unique User ID. Possible reasons you did not receive your User ID are:
- You are NOT the Registered User. Check with other Dealership Senior Management (your Dealer Principal, General Manager(s), etc.) to see if they have the User ID.
- The General Manager was the Registered User and is no longer with the dealership.
- The e-mail with the User ID was incorrectly identified as SPAM. See "Can't Locate Our E-mail Notices?" below.
- Your mailbox is full, so incoming mail is not being accepted.
- You changed your e-mail address. Use the Update Registration Information tab above to change your e-mail address or modify your dealership information.
- Can't Remember Whose E-mail Was Used to Register?
Use the Forgot User ID tab at the top of this page and try several possible e-mail addresses. If you are still unsuccessful, e-mail us at questions@nadasurvey.com.
- Can't Remember Your User ID?
If you misplaced your User ID, click on the Forgot User ID tab at the top of this page. You'll need to use the same e-mail address you used to create or to update your registration. If you have more than one e-mail address, you can try each of them.
- Lifetime RegistrationNo Need to Register Again
Once you have registered, your User ID is valid for as long as you own your dealership. Changes to e-mail addresses can be made using the Update Registration Information tab.
- Can't Locate Our E-mail Notices?
Our e-mails may be inadvertently caught in your SPAM filter. Check your Junk folder or wherever potential SPAM e-mails are stored in your system. To prevent this from happening in the future, please add our e-mail address chairman@nadasurvey.com to your trusted send list. Consult your IT staff or visit http://img2.ssprd3.net/add_contact/index.html for instructions.
- Contacting Us at questions@nadasurvey.com
Don't forget to include the dealership name, exact street address including city and state and telephone and fax numbers along with your question. Many dealerships have the same or similar names.
- Save TimePrepare Your Franchise Evaluations on Paper and Enter Them Online
We have created a Survey Aid for you to complete your franchise evaluations on paper, so an Administrative Assistant or other staff can enter them online. Remember to keep your User ID confidential. The Survey Aid is a tool and not a substitute for an online survey. Only surveys completed online are included in the results. NADA cannot accept fax or e-mail paper surveys.
Registered Users will be e-mailed their unique User ID at
the start of the NADA Winter 2010 Dealer Attitude Survey on January 6, 2010.
